That's a good question. Perhaps Dr. Rossignol will stop by and share with us what he finds out about publishing an erratum. One would think that if it was affordable to publish the paper in the first place, it would be well worth it to ensure it's accuracy, even if that means paying for an erratum afterwards. I can't imagine an MD wanting to go on record (via publication) with anything that is not 100% truthful.</description>
